libghc-parallel-dev software package provides Haskell parallel programming library for GHC, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-parallel-dev
libghc-parallel-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libghc-parallel-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libghc-parallel-dev *
You will get with libghc-parallel-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
